most classes; however, if less than 10 people pre-register for a class, it will be
cancelled. We recommend you call ahead and ask if the class is still on. Those who
register will be contacted by phone if a class is cancelled. You can view the class
schedule and download a registration form on this website.
In extreme weather: The Training Center will be closed and no classes will be held when
the community colleges have announced they are closed due to weather. Listen on the news
channels for school closure information from PCC, Mt. Hood, or Clark County Community
colleges.

your classes; they fill up quickly! |

The Regional Training Center provides training to members
of three Local Unions in Western Oregon and SW
Washington.
Introductory and advanced classes are available at no charge to Painters, Drywall
Finishers, and Traffic Control Painters who are enrolled in the apprenticeship or the
journeyman programs. |

any Tuesday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM (January thru September only) at the Regional Training
Center.

| Current apprentices can download blank MPRs, check class schedules and
rerate requirements in the Current Apprentices

| Current journeymen can download class registration forms, check class
schedules and get information on respirator fit tests in the Current
Journeymen section.

| Painter Journeymen: For those of you who qualified for the the STAR
Awards bonus for the contract year ended 3/31/11, the Awards banquet is scheduled for
Friday, May 20th. Invitations will be mailed in mid-April to those who qualified and sent
to the address we have on file. |
