During your apprenticeship, the JATC will review your
progress every six months. If you have met the requirements for advancement, and if your
employer gives a good evaluation, the JATC will approve a rerate that will raise you to
the next level of pay.

Example:
When you reach 1,000 on-the-job hours and also 72 hours of related training, you will be
considered for a rerate.
Rerates are calculated on month-end data only, never during the month. We will use the
totals from your MPR when it's turned in at the end of the month. |
