These are the safety classes most commonly offered at the
Training Center. Also shown are the expiration dates for each certification.
The contract signed in May 2005 requires journeymen to be current in six specific safety
classes to qualify for pay increases or bonuses (refer to contract for details). These
classes are highlighted in red below.

 | To qualify for the raise: Be current in all required safety classes as
of April 1. |
| To qualify for the bonus: Earn 24 additional class hours by
April 1 (mandatory safety classes do not count toward this total). |

Your employer may already provide boom lift and scissor lift training. If so, bring us a
photocopy of your completion card.
Otherwise you can request a voucher from the Training Center good for a class at Sunbelt
Rentals. To obtain a voucher, submit a Related Training Registration Form and write “Boom
Lift” as the class name. We will mail you the signed voucher. Call Sunbelt and ask to be
scheduled into an upcoming boom lift class. Be sure to present the voucher to Sunbelt as
your payment. |
